This recipe was created by our awesome QA Manager, Mike Young. He entered it in the Cattle Barron’s “Buckaroo BBQ Challenge” and took home the Grand Champ Title!
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup Suzie’s Organic Yellow Mustard
1/4 cup Suzie’s Organic Ketchup
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1 1/4 cup molasses
1 Tbsp pork rub
1-2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
6 Tbsp Saucy Mama Honey BBQ Wing Sauce
1/4 cup your favorite BBQ sauce
DIRECTIONS:
Make a rub. Sweet with a little bit of salt and some other smoky or savory characters
Make the sauce with the ingredients listed above. Mix together in a pint sized measuring cup or larger
Apply the sauce to the ribs with a brush after the ribs are cooked. Allow the sauce to caramelize
