
HAM GLAZE
This mustard delight is perfect for any gathering and is guaranteed to impress.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Willamette Valley Sweet ‘N Sour Mustard
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup rum
DIRECTIONS:
Blend the ingredients to create the glaze
Remove ham from oven 30 min before it is done
Spoon glaze over the top of the ham and return to oven at 375 degrees
Baste two or three times
