YOUNG’S BBQ PORK SAUCE

This recipe was created by our awesome QA Manager, Mike Young. He entered it in the Cattle Barron’s “Buckaroo BBQ Challenge” and took home the Grand Champ Title!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup Suzie’s Organic Yellow Mustard

  • 1/4 cup Suzie’s Organic Ketchup

  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 1/4 cup molasses

  • 1 Tbsp pork rub

  • 1-2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 6 Tbsp Saucy Mama Honey BBQ Wing Sauce

  • 1/4 cup your favorite BBQ sauce

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Make a rub. Sweet with a little bit of salt and some other smoky or savory characters

  2. Make the sauce with the ingredients listed above. Mix together in a pint sized measuring cup or larger

  3. Apply the sauce to the ribs with a brush after the ribs are cooked. Allow the sauce to caramelize
