HAM GLAZE

This mustard delight is perfect for any gathering and is guaranteed to impress.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Willamette Valley Sweet ‘N Sour Mustard

  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup rum

DIRECTIONS:

  • Blend the ingredients to create the glaze

  • Remove ham from oven 30 min before it is done

  • Spoon glaze over the top of the ham and return to oven at 375 degrees

  • Baste two or three times
