BUFFALO WINGS +
BLUE CHEESE DIP

One of Suzie’s finger-licking favorites! It’s not a party without hot wings…and blue cheese dip!

What could make preparing wings easier than an air fryer?

Suzie uses a Cosori 6.8 qt. Air Fryer and it easily holds 1 pound of wings. She uses the chicken function on her Air Fryer which cooks at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. She turned the wings over halfway through and they came out perfect!

WING INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound chicken wing pieces (if using frozen wings, make sure that they are thawed and patted dry).

  • 1 bottle Suzie’s Organic Buffalo Wing Sauce (Saucy Mama Hot Wing Sauce, Saucy Mama Medium Wing Sauce, or Saucy Mama Mild Wing Sauce work as well) - Suzie prefers it hot!

WING DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes on 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Toss the wings with enough sauce to coat.

  3. Place the wings in a single layer on the rack in your air fryer (do not crowd - if you have a small air fryer, do two batches).

  4. Fry at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.

  5. Turn wings and cook at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for another 10 minutes.

  6. Remove from air fryer and toss with more wing sauce.

  7. Serve with Blue Cheese Dip (recipe below) and cool crisp celery.

DIP INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Suzie’s Organic Real Mayo

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 5 to 8 ounces blue cheese crumbles (depending on how cheesy you like it)

  • 1 teaspoon Suzie’s Organic Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon Suzie’s Organic Hot Sauce

  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

DIP DIRECTIONS:

  1. Thoroughly mix the above ingredients.

  2. Chill for at least 1 hour.

  3. Serve with the Wing Recipe and cool crisp celery.

  4. Added Note from Suzie - if you wish to use this recipe as a salad dressing, add buttermilk until you reach your desired consistency.
